This bachelor's thesis develops project documentation for the construction of a new family house at the level required for implementation. The focus is on the complete design of the heating and domestic hot water system using a heat pump supported by photovoltaic panels. The project is divided into a structural part and an HVAC part. The structural part of the bachelor's thesis is developed to the extent necessary for the HVAC system design. The project documentation includes both textual and drawing sections.
The heating system of the family house is designed as a combination of low-temperature underfloor heating and radiators. The primary source for heating and domestic hot water preparation will be a ground-source heat pump. The bachelor's thesis also includes an assessment of the thermal performance of the building structures, an energy performance certificate, and a calculation of the building's heat losses.
