Abstract
In the thesis handles the implementation process of the base, which is located on the roof of a building in the complex A VSB-TUO in Ostrava Poruba. The base is used to calibrate the horizontal angles theodolite. For this focus device was used Leica Total Station 1202. To determine the points in the field of GNSS technology has been utilized.
