Financování výstavby kanalizace a čistírny odpadních vod v obci

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to present and evaluate the management of the municipality Kobeřice from 2006 to 2010 and to propose options for financing the construction of new sewerage and sewage treatment plant in the village. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the local government, their powers, authorities and general terms that refer to principles rules and financial management communities. In addition, community Kobeřice characterized in terms of its facilities, education, culture and the extent of autonomy. The practical part of concrete economic development community Kobeřice between 2006 and 2010, the so-called analysis of income and budget expenditure. The final part describes the project of building a new sewerage and sewage treatment plants and in particular deals with possible sources of financing of investment projects with regard to the economic opportunities of the village.
