Analýza fluktuace ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of employee turnover in the selected company. In the initial introduction the selected company is characterized, namely the Directorate of Roads and Motorways of the Czech Republic. In the second part of the thesis the basic concepts from the field of human resources, employee turnover, ways to reduce employee turnover, reasons employees leave the company and possibilities to boost employee retention are defined. The diploma thesis presents the calculation of employee turnover rate through questionnaire survey the employee satasfaction is investigated and possible reasons for their employement termination. Based on the survey results, suitable recommendations are proposed for the selected company.
