Vypracování podnikatelského plánu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro určitou společnost. Popisuje základní kroky podnikatelského plánu i důležité informace, které by neměly být v tomto plánu opomíjeny. Tato práce se dělí na dvě základní části na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je tvořena literární rešerší z oblasti podnikání, popisu témat souvisejících s identifikací filozofie podniku, analýz, průzkumů, určení cílů a sestavení strategie. Praktickou část zaujímá uvedená charakteristika společnosti, analýza současného stavu a konkrétní struktura podnikatelského plánu. Na základě dostupných dat je popsáno zhodnocení ekonomického přínosu.

The thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for a company. It describes the basic steps of a business plan as well as important information that should not be neglected in this plan. This thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of a literature search in the field of entrepreneurship, description of topics related to the identification of the philosophy of the company, analysis, research, determination of objectives and formulation of strategy. The practical part contains the stated characteristics of the company, an analysis of the current situation and the specific structure of the business plan. Based on the available data, the evaluation of the economic benefits is described.
