Abstract

This thesis focuses on the education of the employees of Vodafone Czech Republic, a. s. The aim of this thesis is to find out how to improve the quality of the current education system in the company. The theoretical part of the work deals with employees’ education, analyses particular phases of the educational system, including identification of education’s needs, planning education, realization education and assessment of education. Furthermore deals with the effectiveness of corporate training and trends in education. The next chapter is focused on description of the company. It is focused on the history, company culture, company values and social responsibility. The methodological part of the thesis analyses collecting data and attitude toward company education. In the conclusion part are presented suggestions for improving the education system of company.
