Abstract
The goal of this diploma thesis is to create a suggestion for a new way of material delivery to the assembly lines with the help of automatically guided vehicles. By summary of the collected information alongside with the detailed analysis of inter-company transport there were identified current inefficiencies with the help of Ishikawa diagram. There was designed a new way of workplace supplying with the use of an AGV trailer. Suitable supplier was identified using a method of multi-criterial decision making. Afterwards a solution of efficient material delivery by AGV trailers was proposed. Implementation of this proposal leads to decrease of the costs related to manufacturing and elimination of non-ergonomic positions in the workplace.
