Abstract
I chose the optimization of the Selection and Evaluation of Suppliers in the Company as a topic for my thesis. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the proces of selecting and evaluating suppliers and thereby optimize it. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the purchase marketing focused on the criteria and methods of selecting and evaluating suppliers. The practical deals with an analysis of the company Cartridge s.r.o. and centrates on its selection and evaluating suppliers. It also suggests what improvements could be made by introducing the scoring model.
