Apartment Building in Ostrava

Abstract

The apartment building has ground floor and two above stories supported by porotherm wall structure and was designed with preliminary parameters. This supposed building was approached from primary issues, which relate to architectural designs, main support structures, civil works. In addition, designing reinforced concrete staircase, all parameters were assumed to solve problems during construction process in this detailed design document. The energy performance assessment of the building indicates class B working efficiency which falls under the low energy consumption buildings category.
