Vliv záchytných parkovišť na rozvoj městské dopravy

Abstract

Master´s thesis is focused on problematic of static traffic in city Ostrava. Parking systém is solved with park and ride, which can solved actual situation in the city Ostrava, which is overloaded by traffic. In thesis are detailed described actors, regional policy, tools of regional policy and public transport. Thesis is focused on public transport in Ostrava and current situation, and eventually connection of new created park and ride parkings to current situation of infrastructure. Thesis has one of goals in appreciation of current situation and their solve by park and ride on key locations of city. In survey, we try to find solution on question what would cause more people to use park and ride. From collected data we created suggestions how to increase using of park and ride and choose locations on which are suited for create park and rides in City of Ostrava.
