Analýza trhu práce ve vybraném regionu

Abstract

“The Analysis of Labour Market in the Chosen Region” is a very complex and interesting topic. I have chosen this topic as I consider it to be a great economic issue. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the development of unemployment with people over fifty in the Moravian-Silesian region and in the Czech Republic. The overall theory on unemployment (types of unemployment, its consequences and unemployment rate) is presented in the first part of this thesis. The second part consists of the unemployment analysis, unemployment plan, national programme and requalification. The results of the whole research, and the evaluation of questionnaires aimed at the unemployed over fifty form the last part of this bachelor thesis.
