Analýza investic

Abstract

The the thesis deals with the theme of „Analysis of Investment”. Its objective is to evaluate efficiency of investment previously made.

The task is divided into two parts. The aspects of the evaluation efficiency of investments from the teoretical point of wiew are discused in the first part of the work. The ÚSOVSKO a.s company is introduced in the practical second part of the work where the investent was realised. This part of work is thereinafter focused on particular evaluation of investment. Basic methods were used – cost, profit and earning method. List of used methods: discounted costs of project, annual cost, Return of Investment, payback period, net present value, index of net present value, internal rate of return. The investment was evaluated with and without recieving a grant. The outcomes of both conditions are copmared and analyzed. The first condition of the investment appears unconditionally more suitable.
