Měření teplotních cyklů na svarovém spoji

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the measurement of the thermal cycles at the weld joint of steel 16Mo3. In the theoretical part of the bachelors thesis there is the partition of creep resistant steels used for heat-stressed parts of boilers and weldability of low-alloyed creep resistant steels. At the end of the theoretical part there is described the thermal cycle of welding, temperature field and heat affected zone of welded joint. In the experimental part, measurements of thermal cycles during manual metal arc welding with coated electrode were designed and made. Representative thermal cycles for each zone of heat affected zone are listed at the end of the experimental part of the bachelor thesis.
