Školní a výcvikové zařízení HZS ČR v systému zdolávání mimořádných událostí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce má za cíl poskytnout komplexní přehled o možnostech zapojení Školního a výcvikového zařízení HZS ČR do systému zdolávání mimořádných událostí. Systematicky jsem práci rozdělil na 3 hlavní části. První část je obecná a zabývá se popisem fungování IZS a ŠVZ HZS ČR. V druhé části popisuji systém nastavení akceschopnosti jednotky ŠVZ HZS ČR s možnými návrhy zlepšení. Poslední část je analýzou současného materiálního a personálního stavu ŠVZ Brno, kde jsou zohledněny možnosti nasazení při záchranných a likvidačních pracích. Pro úplnost je rozpracován i systém financování a v závěru uvedeny příklady zásahové činnosti jednotky ŠVZ Brno.

This diploma thesis have to offer a complete summary of possibilities of School and training centre of Fire rescue services of the Czech republic in coping with extraordinary events. This work is systematically separated into 3 main parts. The first part is widespread and deals with principle of function of School and training centre and of function of Integrated rescue system. In the second part I describe the system of readiness for action of the fire unit of the School and training centre with some ideas of improvement. In the last part, there is a analysis of personal and material state of the School and training centre in the present, where I choose some possibilities of use of the personal and material sources during rescue and liquidating works. For complete view I describe the system of financing and some examples of rescue activities of the unit of the School and training centre in the end of this thesis.
