The head od the thesis Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D.. The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of the project documentation for the object in the construction documentation level. It involves a new building for civic amenities, more precisely the construction of a leisure centre located in Prostějov. This independently standing object is made of brick, non-basement building with two above-ground floors and a single-layer roof. The diploma thesis includes a text part and a drawing part, where there will also be a part with a thermo-technical assessment of the peripheral structures, an energy label of the building envelope and a static assessment of a selected construction with the calculation of the structural element of the support system of the object
