Analýza turistického potenciálu města Brna

Abstract

The bachalor thesis deals with the analysis of the Brno city tourism potencial. It focuses on the detailed characteristic and the evaluation of each tourism sectors in the city. Analytical methods of Situational analysis, SWOT analysis together with BCG matrix were used to introduce more systematic and transparent study. Selected methods were implemented using the verified data resources. The comparative benchmarking method of the Brno city against the most significant competitors as well as the author's own proposals and recommendations of the city tourism developement potencial are included in the thesis.
