Provedení finanční analýzy ve vybrané organizaci dle potřeb OSVČ

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu finanční analýzy ve vybraném subjektu OSVČ a zhodnocení jejího dosavadního vývoje, finančního zdraví a stabilitu v průběhu posledních čtyř let. Dílčím cílem je případný návrh opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace a výkonosti. Získané výsledky jsou konfrontovány se současnými poznatky finanční analýzy. Teoretická část práce obsahuje souhrnný popis finanční analýzy, její význam, použití jednotlivých metod a jejich vyhodnocení. Praktická část je zaměřena na následnou aplikaci analýzy a její vyhodnocení. Návrhy a doporučení se zabývají návrhem investičního projektu s cílem snížit likviditu podniku a rozšíření podnikového portfolia.

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of financial analysis in selected self-employed entity and evaluation of its current development, financial health and stability over the last four years. A partial objective is the possible proposal for measures to improve the financial situation and performance. The results obtained are confronted with current knowledge of financial analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a comprehensive description of the financial analysis, its significance, the use of individual methods and their evaluation. The practical part is focused on the subsequent application of the analysis and its evaluation. Suggestions and recommendations deal with designing an investment project to reduce company liquidity and expand the corporate portfolio.
