Návrh znovuvyužití sociálního brownfieldu - Hückelovy vily v Novém Jičíně

Abstract

The thesis aims to design a reuse of Hückel's villas for their future revitalization. The requirement for the renewal of given cultural heritage has been given by the municipality office of Nový Jičín which has a huge interest in the regenration of these objects. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes basic information about brownfield sites and includes historical and contemporary description of Hückel's villas. The practical part deals with the actual design reuse Hückel's villas, which was preceded by a survey in order to determine the preferences of future use of both villas city residents. Based on the results of the survey and the preferences of the municipal office Nový Jičín was selected multipurpose utilization villas with an emphasis on cultural, medical, accommodation services, education and catering services. The proposal is complemented by a framework budget and its visualization is done in 3D projection.
