The purpose of the bachelor thesis was to develop part of the project documentation of a building for a building permit. The proposal is based on studies made at Ateliér III, IV and V. The new building is located in the village of Dolní Benešov, on plots number 491/2 and 491/3. The building is part of the construction of a new part of town, connecting the Nové Náměstí and the Nezmar pond. Its location on the hillside is conditioned by the use of cellars and due to the surrounding buildings, the above-ground part is only one-storey. The supporting structure consists of a steel skeleton. In the lower building complemented by reinforced concrete and bricks. In the above-ground part mostly with glass and wood. Most of the roof of the substructure forms a street area of the city. The building also connects the two height levels of the city with your exterior staircase.
