Návrh postupu realizace auditů v integrovaných systémech managementu

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh postupu realizace auditů v integrovaných systémech managementu. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést komparativní analýzu požadavků norem ISO 9001, ISO 14001 a ISO 45001, na základě této analýzy vytvořit check-list, který může být využit v praxi. Dalším cílem práce je návrh metodického postupu pro provádění integrovaných auditů s důrazem na rizika auditů. Práce se také zaměřuje na rozbor problematiky integrovaných systémů managementu, auditování, přínosů a bariér interních auditů.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the proposal of the procedure for the implementation of audits in integrated management systems. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform a comparative analysis of the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, based on this analysis to create a checklist that can be used in practice. Another goal of the thesis is the proposal of a methodological procedure for the implementation of integrated audits with an emphasis on audit risks. The thesis also focuses on the analysis of integrated management systems, auditing, benefits and barriers of internal audits.
