Abstract
This labour deals with the problem of the remote counting of the electrometers in the system of a low electric tension. The preface of the labour describes the moorage of the systems of the remote counting in a legislature of the EU. It also refers to the principles of the energy metering by mechanic and electronic measuring instruments, which are in this time installed in the system of a low electric tension of the Prague Energetic. Then this labour describes the electronic measuring instruments designed for the remote counting and the technology of these counting.
The main part of the labour is analysis of the risks of the transfer by distributing network, where these risks are described, analyzed and where are designed the possibilities of solutions of some problems.
