Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to set out a residential land complex. Regarding the location of low importance and sparse development, the preparatory phase was very important, with the greatest benefit coming from collecting source materials from the locally relevant cadastral office. Within the geodetic activities, the first step was terrain reconnaissance, stabilization of basic measuring points, and measurement of these points using a GNSS and identical points using a total station. The Groma software was used for data processing, while MicroStation by Bentley was used for graphical processing. The cadastral map data is available in the system S-JTSK. The result is the setting out the boundary of a land parcel with full regard to the original course and previous surveys. The next step would be to prepare a geometric survey plan of the set out and owner-specified land boundaries for approval by the cadastral authority.
