Optimalizace procesu zpracování zakázek

Abstract

The Bachelor dissertation deals with optimization of the order process in Siemens Company, plant Frenštát p. R. The main subject is to find more effective, simpler and more flexible form of the motor order and spares order. There are described theoretical terms in the first part. The second part defines the company and then the circulation of orders in Frenštát plant, Mohelnice plant and Bad Neustadt plant. Finally the thesis compares individual processes and discovers the best solution.
