Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the employees motivation system in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing employees motivation system and to suggest possible improvements based on the results. To achieve the objective, two methods of data collection were used – questionnaire survey and structured interview. The questionnaire was divided into several parts that focused on different aspects of employees motivation, namely the area of current motivation, the area of benefits, the area of motivation type and the determination of motivation type, in order to obtain the most complete and accurate information about the current state of employees motivation in the company. As part of a structured interview, selected company employees were asked the questions from the questionnaire and then invited to elaborate and justify their answers, which allowed for a deeper and more comprehensive view of the employees' views on the current motivation system and its effectiveness and efficiency. The results of the questionnaire survey and structured interview were analysed and interpreted. On the basis of these results, possibilities for improvement and modification of the existing employees motivation system were proposed. The results show that the existing employees motivation system in this company is effective, but some modifications can be suggested to improve its effectiveness and contribute to employees satisfaction in the future.
