Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of providing employee benefits in selected business company. The theoretical part includes information from human resource management, motivation, and the rewarding of employees. Furthermore, the importance, the characteristics, and the tax and accounting aspects of benefits are described.

The practical part is devoted to the specific employee benefits provided in the selected business company XYZ LLC. The satisfaction of the employees and the rate of utilization of individual benefits was based on the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is evaluated at the end and a few suggestions for improvement are proposed.
