Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of customer satisfaction with the services provided by showroom. The chapture "Company characteristics" is focused on the company performance and also includes the environment the company occurs. The theoretical chapture summarizes basic facts concerning first of all the customers and measurement their satisfaction with provided services. The actual research was based on questionnaries and carried out personally. In the question forms there are captured opinions of customers on the services provided. According to the evaluation based on this questionnaire were finally arranged proposals and recommendations leading to customer satisfaction advancement.
