Obchodní sankce Evropské unie vůči Rusku během ukrajinské krize a jejich ekonomické dopady

Abstract

This thesis deals with the detection and evaluation of the impact of sanctions imposed by the European Union to the Russian Federation as a result of the Ukrainian crisis. In the theoretical part are characterized relations between the European Union and the Russian Federation and their main disagreements, including development and course of the Ukrainian crisis. Furthermore, it is processed by the legal framework of sanctions imposed by most types of sanctions and their effectiveness. In the practical part is identified impacts caused by the application of restrictive measures by the European Union to the Russian Federation. Following are analyzed and evaluated in order to determine the success and effectiveness of sanctions.
