Abstract
This thesis deals with the valuation of the firm Cukrářství Řehová. Theoretical and methodological section provides theoretical background on the concept of value and valuation and definition of different approaches and methods of valuation. The practical part includes strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis of the firm Cukrářství Řehová, which is then measured by the yield discounted cash flow method DCF-Entity and equity methods of accounting and substantial value.
