Ekonomické a právní souvislosti spjaté s problematikou neodvedeni daní a pojistného u soukromého subjektu

Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze the scenario and highlight the economic and legal implications in connection with the issue of non-payment of taxes on employee wages and insurance for employees in the business entity. Output of work proposals that should lead to minimise cases of non-payment of taxes and insurance premiums. The first section describes concepts related to the issue of non-payment of taxes and their related history. In the second half of my thesis, I analyze the model situation, where is examined through economic and legal implications arising from the non-payment of state taxes and insurances for the period of 2009.
