Motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti

Abstract

In my opinion the human recourses are the one of the most important elements of every company. It is responsible, not just to get and keep employees, but also can give motivation them.

In my bachelor show named "Motivation Staff in the Company" I am interested in satisfaction of employees, I am getting information what can contribute to the better motivation and I also analyse current data of human recources in company Tesco Stores 'CZ, a.s.

This Show is built from two main parts. In the first part - practical, I am speaking about the basic points about motivation of employees. I have also tried to outline the most interesting motivation theories and factors which are influencing it. In this Show I am also describing the choosen company, its history also, basic datas about employees and motivation system of these days. In the second part I am analysing checklists, its questions are focused on working conditions and general satisfaction of employees with present motivation factors in company TescoStores,CZ.

My suggestion and recommendation to official workers are comming-out from filed checklists and information, which I have got from employees. In this Show I am trying to alert, the employees aren´t satisfaction with and what should the company change.
