Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti CIE METAL CZ, s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou úroveň výkonnosti vybrané společnosti pomocí vymezených tradičních i moderních metod hodnocení výkonnosti. Zdroje dat tvoří účetně-finanční výkazy a data z informačního systému společnosti. Využity byly rovněž údaje z šetření Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu České republiky. Přínos práce spočívá ve stanovení postupu měření výkonnosti podniku ve vazbě na návrhy opatření a jejich implementaci, která povede ke zvýšení výkonnosti podniku, jež se nachází ve vysoce konkurenčním podnikatelském prostředí automobilového průmyslu. Návrh na zvýšení výkonnosti podniku byl stanoven prostřednictvím analýzy datových obalů, která umožňuje stanovit efektivní spotřebu vstupů, a to ve vazbě na porovnávané hodnoty transformačního procesu srovnatelných podniků či ve vazbě na strategické cíle společnosti CIE Metal CZ, s.r.o.

The object of thesis is to evaluate the performance of CIE Metal CZ, s.r.o. Company using both traditional and modern methods of performance evaluation. Weaknesses had been detected through analyzes using data which come from accounting-financial reports and Information System of Company. Also data from researches of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic has been processed. Contribution of the thesis can be seen in determining the procedure for measuring the performance of the company in relation to the proposed measures and their implementation, which will lead to increased business performance located in a highly competitive business environment of the automotive industry. Proposal to increase business performance was determined through data envelopment analysis which allows to determine efficient consumption of inputs, in relation to the comparison value of the transformation process comparable companies or in connection with the strategic objectives of the company CIE Metal CZ, s.r.o.
