Abstract
The aim of the submitted bachelor thesis was to investigate and compare the functioning of the tennis clubs in the Czech republic oriented on modern techniques of education of the youth, whereas the attention was paid especially to the managerial and marketer aspect in terms of the three selected tennis institutions. (TK AGROFERT Prostějov, TK SK Zlín a TJ Jiskra Otrokovice).
The presented bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical and also practical part.
There were information about the sportsmanlike, managerial and marketer sphere from both the general and the tennis-aimed matters included into the theoretical part. There were also data about the incorporating of the tennis clubs from the organizational and the economical view subsumed. Finally, there were particular methods of the tennis sport financing and the used data gathering methods introduced in this part.
In the practical part, the attention was paid to the activity of the tennis clubs oriented on the work with the youth. The practical research was analysing the current tendency regarding the work with the youth and also mentioned some of the current modern upbringing approaches, such as the implementation of both the babytennis and minitennis to the whole upbringing process. For the purpose of the final data evaluation within the subject matter, SWOT analyses of the three selected tennis clubs as well as the surveying the coaches were made. Finally, the summary of the results was made, including the suggestions and the recommendations pointing towards the improvement of the tracked tennis institutions.
