Abstract
The aim is top-down preparation of silicon dioxide nanopowder and mixing it with tin nanopowder in exact volume ratios, concretely 74%, 80% a 85% for SiO2. Then we pressed it with 2,4 Gpa and warmed it to 200 °C.
The specimen was slicked to penny shape and thin silver film was applied on both sides for better and more representative measurement.
We measured the resistance using four probe method in temperature range from -48 °C to 30 °C. Measured resistivity was sensationally low with conductor characteristic.
