Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to judge the changes in the recodification of private law in Czech republic from the perspective of Non-Governmental Organizations. Among the issues addressed include public benefit status, transformation of legal form of NGOs and connection between recodification and taxation and accounting of Non-Governmental Organizations.
