Abstract
This master thesis deals with production equipment efficiency increase in the OLZA, spol. s r.o. It analyses typical production process and identifies all non-productive activities (wastes) by using lean production methods especially SMED methodology. This results in both organizational and technical improvements that lead to substantial savings.
