Abstract
Radovesice dump is the biggest dump of the North Bohemian mines a.s. and one of the biggest dump in the Czech Republic. The dump is divided into the areas with agriculture, forestry, hydric, transport and industry reclamation. Setting of overburden soils was finished in 2003 there. Technical, biological, mainly forestry reclamation is applied at present there. The reclamation´s difficulty of Radovesice dump lies in its large area and non adverse properties of setting solis. The large area is reclamated up to date. The average thickness of the dump is between 50 – 70 m. The creating of infrastructure has been started for the future nature resort of Bilina town.
