Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company. The company's goal is to obtain and select the best employees. The work is divided into two main sections, the first part is theoretical and the second one is practical. The theoretical section is processed on the basis of literature. The practical part is based on information obtained in the theoretical section and applied to the selected company. When I find out some insufficiencies I try to propose and recommend possible improvements to the company. The aim of this work based on theoretical knowledge is to describe and analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company.
