The diploma thesis is focused on the reduction of employee injury rate, influenced by human factor. It analyzes international integrated systems of managment control and their system requirements, compared with voluntary programs of the given topic. Using analyzes and practical examples, the thesis describes a methodology based on historical measurements and facts that summarizes legislative and normative requirements in the field of OSH in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to find a suitable management methodology focused on reducing the injury rate affected by human factors. Applied to sample examples.
