Abstract

The thesis aims is valuation of manufacturing company by means of selected methods. The valuation methods were used discounted cash flow (entity), capitalized earnings method and the method of accounting. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical bases of valuation, strategic and financial analysis and valuation methods. Subsequently the application of selected methods for the selected company. With each method is determined by the value of the company.
