Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a general overview of the spoil disposal management in Ostrava and Petřvald basin. A list of spoil heaps, familiarization with the present situation, morphology and structure. Furthermore the thesis deals with the assessment of natural conditions and the impact of the spoil heaps on the environment. Chosen spoil heaps are further solved from the perspective of their categorization by stability of their structure and endangerment by thermal activity. For these spoil heaps, the solution and utilization of their final form is proposed.
