Vyhotovenie dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia stavby a geometrického plánu na vyznačenie vecného bremena

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je vyhotovenie dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia stavby a geometrický plán na vyznačenie vecného bremena k časti pozemku v katastrálnom území Kopřivnice. Práca je tvorená najmä z dvoch častí a to teoretickej a praktickej. V teoretickej časti popisujem metódy merania polohopisu a výškopisu, technológiu GNSS a účelové mapy. V praktickej časti sa venujem vyhotoveniu podkladu pre projekt, dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia stavby a v poslednej časti práce sa venujem geometrickému plánu a taktiež záznamu podrobného merania zmien.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the preparation of documentation of the actual construction and a geometric plan to mark the easement to a part of the land in the cadastral area of Kopřivnice. The work consists mainly of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I describe the methods of measuring topography and altimetry, GNSS technology and purpose maps. In the practical part I deal with the preparation of the basis for the project, the documentation of the actual construction and the last part of the work deals with the geometric plan and also the recording of detailed measurement of changes.
