Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to compare the way the state administration in Czech and Slovak Republic by natural people is performed. The first chapter deals with the issue of state administration performed by natural people in Czech Republic. The second chapter focuses on state administration performed by natural people in Slovakia.
The last chapter finally aims to compare the differences and similarities in Czech and Slovak legal system.
