Problematika zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obci

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with issue of employee benefits in the selected municipality. The goal is to analyze the current system of provided employee benefits and propose solutions for improvement. The theoretical part creates the basis for the issue of employee benefits. The practical part applies theoretical knowledge to the specific conditions of selected municipality. In conclusion the results are summarized and recommendations are set, which should lead to improving of the current system of employee benefits.
