Podnikatelský záměr vedlejší činnosti OZP

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce jesestavení podnikatelského záměru nově vzniklé firmy. Podnikatelský záměr je zaměřen na vedlejší pracovní činnost pro osoby zdravotně postižené. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První je teoretická část, druhá je praktická část a třetí část obsahuje závěrečné doporučení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování jednotlivých pojmů a analýz prostředí firmy. Praktická část se zabývá sestavením konkrétního podnikatelského záměru. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky a navrhnuta doporučení s harmonogramem realizace podnikatelského záměru.

The aim of this thesis is to compile the business plan of the newly established company. The business plan is aimed at secondary job for disabled people. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first is the theoretical part, the second is the practical part and the third part contains the final recommendation. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of individual concepts and analyzes of the company environment. The practical part deals with the preparation of a specific business plan. In the conclusion of the thesis are summarized the achieved results and proposed recommendations with a schedule of the implementation of the business plan.
