Alternativní trest obecně prospěšných prací v teorii a praxi

Abstract

This thesis is mainly theory about generaly beneficial works punishment as an important alternative of unconditional imprisonment punishment in cases of offenders punishment of unimportant crimes. The thesis describes an important role of Probation and Mediation Service when imposing the punishment and analyses specific knowledge in form of some statistical data analysing in terms of using this punishment in practice grabed at district court in Most. At the end of this thesis is stated a brief analysis of generaly beneficial works punishment importance from social-economic point of view, there is pointed at responsibility for injury and safety and also health protection during enforcement of the punishment and also its harmony with European Convention on Human Rights and Document of basic laws and freedoms.
