Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of a project documentation for a construction of an apartment building with a restaurant in the Otice municipality. This building is a part of an industrial complex called Bioelektrárna a výrobna přepravních kontejnerů – Otice, which was solved in the case study of the third year of the university study. The building was designed as a two-storeyed. In the first floor, there is a restaurant. In the second floor, there are two dwelling units placed. The text part and all drawings of this thesis are in accordance with the Act No. 183/2006 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 499/2006 Coll.
