This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the determination of the warming up of the mobile device’s source during long-term operation. First section of this thesis is dedicated to the theory of thermography and to its main physical laws. In the second section there are presented rules and procedures associated with the correct usage of a thermal imaging camera. The main part of this thesis is the last section in which there are mentioned risks of Lithium-ion batteries followed by measurement procedures used for temperature calculation of each battery during various operations. At the end the paper presents results of the measurement and evaluation of reached temperatures.
