Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a draft Regional Studies building site as defined above, and family homes, duplexes, terraced houses, or their combinations. Building height limits are given territory and the territorial plan, up to 3 floors above. The proposal will include technical infrastructure solutions, freight solutions to resolve the parking lots, design of public greenery. The proposal is an important analysis of current status and geographic areas for design houses, access to parcels of communication and design of public greenery. On the proposed solution I have gained the necessary information and documents with which I was closer he met and then I opted for the solution. The aim of this work was to establish land use plans and develop a given site to variantného solutions that could be implemented in the future.
