Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively evaluate crisis communication in one unnamed company XYZ. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which focuses on the definition of basic concepts related to crisis communication, and a practical part, which applies theoretical knowledge in the selected company. The thesis mainly focuses on communication with the public through social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, press releases, as well as classic websites. The sixth chapter is devoted to a discussion and suggestions for improvements that the selected company could use.
