Územní studie části obce Řetová určené k zástavbě rodinnými domy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení využití daného území v obci Řetová. Studie zahrnuje urbanistické řešení - návrh zástavby, řešení dopravní infrastruktury, technické infrastruktury, veřejné prostranství, ekonomický propočet a objemovou studii jednoho rodinného domu. Návrh zástavby je navržen ve dvou variantách. Pro podrobnější zpracování je vybrána varianta „B“. Diplomová práce se skládá z textové části, grafické části a příloh, kde jsou dokumenty jako vyjádření správců inženýrských sítí, výpočty, vizualizace a návrh posteru.

The aim of the thesis is to propose solutions to the use of the area in the village Řetová. The study includes urban solution - design of buildings, solution of the transport infrastructure, technical infrastructure, public areas, economic calculation and volumetric study of one family house. Design building is designed in two variants. For a more detailed elaboration is selected, option "B". This thesis consists of the text, graphics and attachments parts, where are documents as expression of administrators of engineering networks, calculations, visualization and design of poster.
